    Raybow Opto is a high-power semiconductor laser manufacturer located in Shenzhen, China. Raybow Opto's core competency includes device design and simulation, an advanced and high-volume semiconductor laser chip fabrication factory, and a packaging and testing facility. Raybow semiconductor laser products are among the highest power and most reliable laser diodes available on the market, cover a broad wavelength range of 635nm to 1600nm, and are widely used in industrial lasers, LiDar and 3-D sensing, medical and cosmetic lasers, laser display and illumination. Raybow Opto also manufactures various state-of-the-art testing equipment for semiconductor lasers and provides customers with OEM and ODM services.

    2011
    Became the first batch of peacock teams introduced by Shenzhen and the third batch of innovation and entrepreneurship teams introduced by Guangdong Province
    Team, Shenzhen Raybow Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was established
    2012
    The first pilot test line was established in Shenzhen Nanshan Integrated Circuit Industrial Park.
    2016
    After 4 years of hard research and development and overcoming difficulties, it has successfully introduced mass production and launched more than 10 products, which have been widely recognized and praised by customers. Raybow  Optoelectronics has undertaken all 6 subjects related to the red light display light source in the key research and development plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2016-2018.
    2018
    The original production capacity will be expanded by 4 times to meet the explosive market demand. The company completed the A round of 65 million financing (co-led by SAIF Fund and Shenzhen Venture Capital) and was selected as one of the top 50 companies with the most investment value in China in 2018 (Venture50).
    2020
    Relocated Longhua Dalang new factory, located in No. 10 factory of Detai Industrial Park, and the production capacity has been greatly expanded. Successfully approved the Guangdong Provincial High-Power Semiconductor Laser Chip Engineering Technology Research Center; successfully led the 2020 Guangdong Provincial Key Field R&D Program "Laser and Additive Manufacturing" key special "High Brightness Semiconductor Laser Chip and Application" project.
